Homemade Grilled Chicken and Scallion Skewers Recipe


The fragrant skewers are really tempting, and I always want to eat them whenever I see them. Actually, I still eat them less often outside because I feel that food grilled over an open flame is not very hygienic, and it contains a lot of carcinogens according to research. Additionally, I'm concerned about ingredients especially the use of lower-quality meat or uncooked issues with the chicken legs.

Having an electric grill at home makes making skewers much easier. You can choose what you want to cook and season it as desired; both delicious and healthy!
Ingredients:
2 large onions,4 chicken thighs, half a tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce,an appropriate amount of black pepper, some five-spice powder, and rice wine a suitable amount.1. Main ingredients 2. Remove the bones and skin from the chicken thighs, then cut them into small pieces.
