Homemade Yam and Chicken Soup Recipe


In winter, drinking this soup not only provides nutrition but also has certain health benefits.
Ingredients Main Ingredients:Pheasant 1 piece, and Radicchio 1 root,Yam 1 root,Coriander as needed, salt as needed, green onion as needed,Ginger as needed,Star Anise as needed,Goji Berries as needed
Steps

1. Cut the pheasant into pieces and blanch it in water to remove the blood.Water, then remove and set aside. 2. Peel the yam and cut it into small pieces, soak it in water to prevent browning.
