Homemade Salted Egg Yolk Roasted Pumpkin Method

All kinds of salted Dyed yolk dishes have been tasted. After trying various salt and egg yolk dishes, baked pumpkin, the preference is clear: not too hard or too soft, with a just-right texture that is long and slender. The salted yolk should be abundant and rich in flavor. Thus, I decided to make it myself. Although I do not like frying at home much,
the pumpkin does not soak up oil easily, reducing the psychological burden of eating.
A slightly salty and sweet taste fills the mouth with fragrance.

Small tips
1. Use a small golden gourd for making salted egg yolk pumpkin; avoid long-shaped pumpkins. The flesh of the small golden gourd is firmer and denser, resulting in a better texture that is neither soft nor hard. Long-shaped large pumpkins are softer, which may result in overly soft fried pumpkins prone to breaking.
2. Coating the pumpkin strips with cornstarch paste ensures they become crispy on the outside and tender inside when fried.
3. Re-frying will make the pumpkin strips even crispier.
4. Cook the salted egg yolk over low heat until it forms a rich, creamy foam before adding the fried pumpkin strips; stir quickly to coat evenly and serve immediately for best results.
