Stir-fried Cauliflower Home Recipe


Broccoli, something I've never proactively bought since childhood as I don't particularly like it, but to maintain a balanced diet and avoid picky eating habits, I decided to try making it.
Ingredients Main Ingredients
Half a head of broccoli, carrot half a piece of carrot, oil to taste, salt to taste, sugar to taste, oyster sauce to taste, garlic to taste, green onion slices to taste, soy sauce to taste, Chinese cabbage a bit of Chinese cabbage leaves help appropriately
Steps

1. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and blanch it with the Chinese cabbage leaves.Carrot along with the Chinese cabbage leaves.

2. Slice some garlic.

3. Chop some green onions.

4. Heat oil in a pot, add the broccoli and carrot, stir-fry, then add some soy sauce.

5. Add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce and sugar.

6. Add salt to taste and stir-fry.

7. Add the blanched Chinese cabbage leaves.

8. Sprinkle green onions on top.

9. Serve, it turns out quite good.
