Firstly introduce Ingredients: 300 grams of lamb (boneless), Chinese radish 1 piece, onion half a piece, potato 1 piece, ginger 1 block, oyster sauce 10 grams, green onion 2 pieces, cooking wine 5 grams, soy sauce 5 grams. Main ingredients: lamb 300g,
Chinese radish 1 piece, onion half a piece, potato 1 piece, ginger 1 block, green onion 2 pieces, oyster sauce 10g, cooking wine 5g, soy sauce 5g Steps
1. Prepare ingredients: dice the radish, onion, lamb, and potato; set aside.

Dice the ginger into threads and set aside.(Before cutting the lamb, soak it in clear water to remove blood and reduce fishy smell)2. Marinate the lamb: since we are not blanching the lamb here, marination is needed to remove the fishy smell.Place the cut lamb into a bowl, add ginger threads, cooking wine, salt, and soy sauce; mix well and let it marinate for 20 minutes. 3. Heat oil in a clean pan, sauté the onion until fragrant.

4. Add the marinated lamb and stir-fry.5. Add the diced radish and continue to stir-fry.

6. Add the diced potato.

7. Stir evenly and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt (adjust seasoning slightly stronger as we will be cooking it with rice).

8. Stir until well combined before removing from heat.

9. Transfer the stir-fried ingredients into an electric cooker, place raw rice on top.

Rice

(raw) and add enough water based on your electric cooker's and rice's absorption capacity, start cooking the rice.

10. Once cooked, mix the rice well, sprinkle with green onions, and enjoy!Tips: The rice can be a bit dry as it will make the dish more fragrant.(cooked) add an appropriate amount of water and start cooking the rice (the water level depends on the rice cooker and the absorption capacity of the rice).

10. Cooked rice should be stirred evenly, topped with chopped green onions before serving.
Tip: The rice can be cooked until slightly dry; this will make it tastier.
