Homestyle Preparation of Fried Yardlong Beans with Tofu Fish Sauce


Fava beans are abundant in summer, rich in various vitamins and minerals. Young fava bean pods have thick flesh, making them crisp when stir-fried, or they can be blanched and chilled or pickled. 1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Remove the ends of the fava beans and cut into small pieces, wash them thoroughly.

3. Take out the tinny fish, set aside.

8. Note: When heating the oil, cook the doubanjiang together with the tinny fish to enhance the flavor of the dish.
Tip: Fry the dried shrimp with the sardines when heating the oil to add more flavor to the dish.
