Home-style Korean Army Pot Curry Method

This is a very popular Korean hotpot among modern young people.It is extremely easy to make, requiring only dried mushrooms,mushrooms, ramen noodles,rice cakes, and sauce to be placed in the pot all together.Then add broth or water and simmer, you can enjoy it! The ingredients prepared are:a bunch of wood ears, 7-8 shiitake mushrooms, about ten pieces of tofu,rice cake strips in a bag, kimchi as needed, one green onion,

and one block of ramen noodles.
A bit of cheese can be added if you like.(You can add large shrimp, fish balls, or ham sausages according to your preference.) Method:Prepare the required ingredients.(The kimchi picture was not taken, will introduce separately later)2. Prepare the ingredients: cut the stems of wood ears and wash them, clean shiitake mushrooms and slice them, wash green onion and slice it, defrost rice cake strips with cheese. 3. 12. Pour in broth or water, the water level should cover the noodles.

13. Turn on the electromagnetic stove to high heat and cover the pot while simmering.

14. Once you hear bubbling sounds, switch to medium heat and uncover the pot for further cooking.

15. When the ramen noodles have absorbed the soup and the rice cake strips have expanded and float on top, it's ready. You can add a bit of salt or black pepper according to your taste.
