Homemade Pumpkin Lily Milk Juice Recipe

Colleague sent me some from hometown.Pumpkin. It has a natural sweetness, so I soaked some dried lilies the night before.Added some milk.. Finally made this bowl of pumpkin and lily milk soup.In the morning, it's not thick, and my daughter said we can drink it like water; full of nutrition..
On a cold winter day, if you're having hotpot or spicy food, a cup of sweet juice can help relieve spiciness and grease.
Quite refreshing.. Simple to make but takes some time. It's worth the effort though...
.
Ingredients Main ingredients: 350 grams pumpkin, 150 milliliters milk, 50 grams dried lilies, and a bit of sugar..
Steps

1. Soak the dried lilies overnight.

2. Peel and seed the pumpkin, cut into pieces, and steam for about 10 minutes. The time varies depending on thickness and heat.. Use a fork to check if it's done.

3. Put ingredients from steps 1 and 2 in a blender.

If too dry, add a little water, then blend into a paste.4. Pour the mixture into a pot. I used an electric pressure cooker.

. Add a small amount of water if needed; this step is optional based on your preference. Bring to a boil, add sugar when it boils again, then turn off the heat.
5. Stir with a spoon after turning off the electric pressure cooker to avoid sticking or lumps in the milk.. A small tip: Adjust ingredient amounts according to your needs.
