Homemade Ice Sugar Hawthorn Water Recipe

Recently,Jujube is in abundance. My mom bought a lot of jujubes. Just eat them directly, I really don't like the sour taste. So, I prefer to cook them with rock sugar; it's sour and sweet, enhancing appetite. I drink more water now. I used a mimi electric slow cooker for cooking, simmered by steaming, no need to watch the fire or worry about overflow, very suitable for lazy people like me.
Ingredients Main ingredients: 10 jujubes, 16 rock sugars, 500 grams of water,honey Moderate amount

1. Wash the jujubes, remove seeds, cut in half;

2. Put the jujubes and rock sugars into a slow cooker;

3. Add water to the slow cooker;

4. Select the Clear Soup function, cover and start cooking. Boil for 10 minutes after water boils, turn off overnight for better color.
Tips
1. The jujubes need more time to cook; it's best to drink them the next day;
2. You can add a few drops of honey when cooled.
