Homemade Dry-Braised Spare Ribs with Yard Long Beans


Friend gave some broad beans. Dry, wanting to try cooking them with spine bones. for eating.
Ingredients. Main ingredients: 500g spine bones, 150g dried broad beans, appropriate oil, appropriate salt, 6g cooking wine,soy sauce, 5g
Steps.

1. Rinse the spine bones with water.

2. Then soak the dry broad beans in water.

3. Soak them in water.

4. Put oil in a pot and add the spine bones.

5. Then stir-fry for a while, adding soy sauce.

6. Stir-fry until it turns color.

7. Add water and simmer

7. Add clear water to simmer.

8. Simmer for half an hour then add the soaked broad beans.

9. After adding the broad beans, simmer for 20 minutes.

10. Simmer until the sauce thickens and add salt, stir evenly.
Tip: Soak the dried broad beans in hot water to speed up the process.
