Homemade Steamed Mountain Yam with Minced Meat


This dish was researched a few days ago, and though the child didn't participate in making it, they really like eating it.
Ingredients: Main ingredients:Yam 1 piece,Pork 100g, oil as needed, salt as needed, 5g cooking wine,magnesium soy sauce, 3g
Steps:

1. Chop the pork finely.

2. Then add to a bowl.

3. Add cooking wine.

4. Then add five-spice powder.

5. Add starch.

6. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

7. Peel the yam and cut into chunks.

8. Place in a steamer.Steam for 15 minutes.

9. Heat oil in a pan, add the meat.

10. Stir-fry quickly to disperse.

11. Then add oyster sauce.

12. Cook until evenly coated.

13. Add a little soy sauce.

14. Add water.

15. Add salt.

16. Add monosodium glutamate. Cook for five minutes.

17. Finally, add wet starch.

18. Cook until the sauce is thickened.

19. Pour the stir-fried meat over the steamed yam.
Tip: Cut the yam and steam it immediately to prevent oxidation.
