Homemade Dumpling Wraps Recipe

Shumai. is a favorite snack for many people. It is available in many places, though the fillings may vary, but their appearance is similar. About shumai, this was also Father's favorite breakfast. Due to his fondness for glutinous rice dishes, especially shumai with its rich meat flavor and chewy texture, accompanied by a bowl of thin porridge, it makes an excellent morning meal.
Every time Mother made shumai, Father would remind her;add some shrimp chips, and add some winter bamboo shoots.Today I used glutinous rice, mushrooms,
carrots, shrimp chips, ground pork,to make a family version of shumai, suitable as breakfast for adults and children alike since we didn't have winter bamboo shoots. Ingredients
