Homemade Matcha Peanut Caramel Candy Recipe


There is still some matcha powder at home.I added it when making peanut butter caramels, the texture was good. Ingredients
Main Ingredients 200g marshmallows, 160g roasted peanuts,
25g butter,100g milk powder, 10g matcha powder, Steps 1. Melt the butter in a small pot over low heat. 2. Add the marshmallows.3. Stir until the butter and marshmallows are well combined. Then add the milk powder and matcha powder. 4. Mix thoroughly, then add the roasted peanuts and stir to combine.
5. Pour onto a lined baking sheet.

6. While still hot, knead like dough to distribute the peanuts evenly.

7. Use a rolling pin to flatten into a 1cm thick sheet while it's still warm.

8. Let it cool, trim any irregular edges and eat them first.

9. Cut into rectangular pieces.

10. Wrap in candy paper; you can give them as gifts.

Hint: Using a non-stick pan makes it easier to handle.

Roll it out into a 1 cm thick sheet while still hot.

Cut it into long rectangular pieces.

Wrap them in candy wrappers; they are ready to give away.
Tip: Using a non-stick pan is easier.
