Ingredients:Main ingredients: Longkou glass noodles 50g, 2 eggs, oil as needed, salt as needed, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce,soy sauce 2 tablespoons, cilantro as needed,green beans as needed, scallions as needed.Steps: 1. Prepare the ingredients. 2. Soak the bean vermicelli in cold water, then cook until boiling and immediately turn off the heat to drain.
3. Wash and remove the tips of the green beans.

4. Beat the eggs and set aside.

5. Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the beaten eggs until done, then remove them from the pan.
