Steps

1. Wash and cut the green pepper into threads

2. Tear the tofu skin into thin pieces and wash it

3. Boil a pot of water in a wok, add the tofu skin and boil for a moment to cook it

4. After boiling, mix the tofu skin with 2 tablespoons of salt and marinate for 1 hour

5. Mix the meat strips with a little cooking wine and salt, then marinate briefly
