milk 145g, sugar 25g,egg 18g,butter 18g, yeast 3g, salt 2g,red bean paste 90g, appropriate amount of crispy bits and egg wash Steps: 1. Place all the ingredients except the butter into the bread bucket. 2. Start kneading for 30 minutes.3. After 20 minutes, add in the butter and knead for another 10 minutes. 4. and bake at 165 degrees for 18 minutes.
