Home-style Preparation of Pig's Feet with White Radish and Mountain Yam




Ingredients::Pig's feet (cleaned and blanched)(already cleaned and blanched),Iron rod Yam (already cleaned, peeled, and sliced), Bok choy (already cleaned and sliced) and dried,Chili peppers, Seasonings: cooking wine,soy sauce,
sugar,salt.(1) Place the blanched pig's feet in a pressure cooker, add some water, and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.(2) Then, put in the dried chili peppers, cover with a lid, and simmer over medium heat. Boil for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it sit until the steam is gone before opening the lid.
(3) Next, combine the sliced iron rod yam and bok choy, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce, sugar, and salt to season, and stir evenly.
(4) Then, cover and boil for another 5 minutes.(5) Finally, open the lid and serve. Boil for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it sit until the steam subsides before lifting the lid.
(3)Next, combine with the prepared Chinese yam and cabbage, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce, sugar, and salt to season, then stir evenly.
(4)Then, cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
(5)Finally, remove from the pot, lift the lid, and serve.
