Homemade Lo Mein Egg and Tofu Recipe

Previous Japan miso tofu is now called egg tofu Tofu, unlike water tofu, has a smooth texture and tender, silky mouthfeel. It becomes a dish suitable for all ages with slight cooking.

Steps

2. Ingredients: green pepper,raddish, scallion strips, ginger strips

3. Remove the plastic packaging of the egg tofu and cut it into 1-inch wide slices for later use.

4. Pour oil into a pan and fry both sides of the tofu until golden yellow, then remove.

5. Stir-fry the scallion and ginger in the pan, then add the green pepper and raddish slices, stir-fry until cooked before adding the fried tofu and seasoning with salt.
Tip: Fry the egg tofu over medium heat until the color changes to golden yellow.
