Homemade Stuffed Bell Peppers with Roasted Vegetables

Whenever I make dumplings at home,I always struggle with the balance between the filling and the wrappers. It's either too much filling,or too many wrappers! This time, I ended up with 10 extra wrappers, so I'll use them for lunch today. I added some mixed vegetables and baked them in a new steamer/toaster oven from a certain brand. Today, I used the new model of that brand's steamer/toasteroven for baking, and it turned out great with precise temperature control!
Ingredients Main ingredients
10 dumpling wrappers, 100 grams mixed vegetables, 2 crab sticks,a few tablespoons of grapeseed oil, a little salt, 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce, 2 slices of mozzarella cheese, a little ground black pepper Steps 1. The mixed vegetables are usually corn kernels, carrot cubes, and green peas. You can buy them from the supermarket frozen section; blanch them with salt and a few drops of oil in boiling water until cooked, then drain and cut the crab sticks into small pieces.2. I have 10 leftover dumpling wrappers. 3. Take a 6-mold egg tray, brush it with some oil.
4. Place 2 sheets of dumpling wrapper in each mold alternately; use all 12 wrappers for the 6 molds, leaving one empty if you have fewer,

add water or other fillings like beans or rice to prevent empty baking.5. Spread a layer of pizza sauce over the wrappers. 6. Place the blanched vegetables and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.7. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of mozzarella cheese, I used less, adjust according to personal preference.8. Use your phone to operate the oven and set it for upper and lower heating at 170°C for 15 minutes, then start baking. 9. When preheating is complete, with a beep as a reminder, place the 6-mold tray on a baking sheet in the oven.

10. For the last 5 minutes of baking, I increased the temperature to 180°C, so bake at 170°C for 10 minutes and then 180°C for 5 minutes.

11. When done, remove from the oven.Tips 1. Since my oven cannot be set to 175°C, it should be baked for about 15 minutes at that temperature; adjust according to your oven's specifications. 2. For the 6-mold tray, use all 12 wrappers for 6 molds; if you only have 10, one will be empty, so add fillings and avoid leaving any mold empty during baking.

4. Take 2 dumpling wrappers and place them alternately in one mold, needing 12 wrappers for 6 molds; I didn't have enough, leaving one empty, so add something like water, beans, or rice to prevent it from being baked empty.

5. Brush with a layer of pizza sauce.

6. Then add the blanched ingredients, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.

7. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of mozzarella cheese; I used less than recommended, adjust according to your preference.

8. Use your phone to operate the oven and set it to top and bottom heat at 170°C for 15 minutes, then start baking.

9. Preheating is complete, with a beep as a reminder, place the 6-piece mold on a baking tray in the oven and begin roasting.

10. In the last 5 minutes, I adjusted the temperature to 180°C, so it should be baked at 170°C for about 10 minutes, then another 5 minutes at 180°C.

11. The time is up, remove from the oven.
Tips
1. Since my oven cannot set to 175°C, it should be baked at 175°C for about 15 minutes; adjust according to your own oven's settings.
2. For a 6-piece mold, you need 12 wrappers for 6 pieces; if I only had 10 wrappers, so one was left empty, add something to prevent it from being baked empty.
