Home-style Braised Spare Ribs with Flower Fungus


Eat more mushrooms in winter to boost immunity and reduce colds.
Ingredients: Main ingredients:Pork spare ribs 600g, dry Mushroom flower 10 pieces,Ginger A small piece, salt as needed
Steps:

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2.Ribs Wash and soak in clean water for one hour to remove blood clots.Froth Bubbles

3. Rinse and soak the mushrooms in clean water to hydrate them.

4. Place the ribs in cold water, bring to a boil, add a small bowl of flower wine.

5. Use a pressure cooker, pour the soaked mushrooms and their water into it, add sliced ginger, and then add a large bowl of warm water.

6. After boiling for a few minutes, remove the foam.

7. Using a colander, remove the ribs that have been blanched and place them in the pressure cooker. Cover, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

8. Once the steam has dissipated, season with salt.

9. Skim off excess oil, serve.
Tip: Use mushrooms; no need to add other seasonings to avoid flavor interference.
