Ingredients Main ingredients: 500g preserved meat ribs, 500g small potatoes,ginger 30g, garlic and scallions 30g,star anise 2g,doubanjiang (fermented broad bean and chili paste) 30g, coriander leaves 20g
Steps

. Wash the preserved meat ribs and set aside.

. Sauté ginger, garlic, and scallions until fragrant.

. Add the preserved meat ribs and stir-fry together.

. Pour in the cooking wine and stir to release the aroma.

. Transfer to a slow cooker with water.

. Add doubanjiang.

. After 40 minutes of simmering, add peeled small potatoes.

. Simmer for another 20 minutes. Add salt.

. Garnish with coriander just before serving.
