Homemade Cooking Method for Stir-fried Tofu with Bok Choy and Fried Doughsticks

  Ingredients:Tofu, Bok choy,already washed and cut, Olive oil,Mung bean sausage,Seasonings:

Dark soy sauce,Salt,(1) Remove the tofu from packaging, slice with a knife, and set aside.

(2) Break open the mung bean sausage and set aside.

(3) Heat oil in a wok, add the sliced bok choy and stir-fry.

(4) Add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil until tender.

(5) Combine with the tofu and broken mung bean sausage, stir and bring to a boil.

(6) Add appropriate amounts of dark soy sauce and salt, stir to mix well, then serve.
