Homemade Recipe for Roasted Leg of Lamb


A child wants to eat a roasted lamb leg, but the lamb leg bought from the supermarket is cut into three sections, fortunately, it's more convenient for cooking. To save on baking time, first press the lamb in a pressure cooker for 5 minutes, then season and bake for another 15 minutes. The taste is great; the meat is tender and the flavor is delicious.
