Homemade Rosemary Roasted Chicken Thighs Method

Steps

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Make several cuts on the chicken leg to facilitate flavor absorption during marination and even cooking.

3. Repeat the cutting on the other side.

4. Take a large spoon of dried rosemary, add French black pepper steak seasoning, and mix with water to make the marinade sauce.

5. Place the chicken leg in the mixture and massage thoroughly to ensure even absorption of the flavor.

6. It is recommended to marinate in the refrigerator for at least four hours to enhance flavor penetration; I marinated it overnight.(I marinated it overnight)

7. Place the chicken leg in a fry basket, insert several sprigs of fresh rosemary, and preheat the air fryer.

8. Set the air fryer temperature to 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes; you can remove the fry basket multiple times during this period to brush the marinade sauce on top for better browning.

9. Insert a bamboo skewer into the chicken leg, and if no blood seeps out, it is cooked; but I like the outer skin crispy texture, so I let it stay in the pot longer. Adjust according to your preference.
Tips
1 Preheat the air fryer before adding the meat to quickly lock moisture, making the meat more tender.
2 Remove the fry basket during preheating the air fryer.
