Ingredients Main ingredients: 1 orange,an egg,
Steps

Suitable age: Over 10 months, no egg allergy.

Select a fresh and juicy orange, wash it, and cut it open to see the plenty of juice! If the orange is large enough, you can clean its peel with salt instead of using a steaming bowl; my bought orange was too small so I didn't use it.

Squeeze out the juice using a grinder. Any household juicing tool can be used, such as a grinder or blender.

Strain away the pulp and residue, keeping only pure orange juice.Pour in one marmalade

egg into a bowl and beat it with a fork until well combined. If there's an egg white allergy, you can use just the yolk.

Slowly pour the beaten egg mixture into the orange juice. The ratio of orange juice to egg liquid should be about 1:1 or 1:1.5; add more for a softer texture and less for a firmer one.

Stir in a clockwise direction with a fork until well combined. If it's for adults, you can add a little sugar if you prefer it sweeter.

Strain again to remove any impurities and air bubbles.

Cover the bowl with cling film, piercing it several times, or cover directly with a plate. Steam in a steamer pot until water boils, then steam for 8-10 minutes. Covering the egg custard with cling film or lid ensures even heating and prevents lumps from forming. The orange is a darling of this season; with it, the color and texture of the steamed eggs become more upscale!

Oranges are the favorite of this season, making the marmalade steamed eggs look and taste elevated!
