Homemade Cranberry Almond Nutella Candy Recipe

Ingredients:

  mixed: 100 grams cranberries, 100 grams roasted almonds, 153 grams cotton candy, 100 grams full cream milk powder, 30 grams butter . Step-by-step instructions:1. Prepare all ingredients. 2. Cut the roasted almonds into pieces.

Cut the cotton candy into small pieces.

3. In a pot over low heat, melt the butter.

4. Add the cotton candy and stir until fully melted.5. Turn off the heat.

Mix in the milk powder.

6. Add the cranberries and almonds.

Stir well.7. Put on gloves and thoroughly mix all ingredients.

Wrap in candy wrappers, then store in bags. Store in the refrigerator if the temperature is high.

Tips:

1. Turn off the heat after adding milk powder. If nuts are too hard, they can be warmed up again.

2. Cut the milk candies when soft enough; if too hard, warm them in the oven before cutting.

3. Store in the refrigerator during high temperatures. Warm the nuts slightly if they are too hard.

Cut the toffee into pieces when it is soft and firm enough.Place the toffee in the oven's proofing setting to soften it. Store in the refrigerator if the temperature is too high.

Keep refrigerated when the ambient temperature is high.
