How to make meat skin jelly


Those who like meat,especially gelatinous pigskin, can actually make it at home, as the process is very simple.
Pork skin gelatin can be made by yourself,and the ingredients are quite simple: introduction to the ingredients:
Pork skin(160 grams)Ginger slices (3-5 pieces)Soy sauce(10 grams) Salt (2 grams) Water (650 milliliters)
Steps to make pork skin gelatin:
Clean the pigskin, remove dirt and fat, and thoroughly wash it.

2. Put the cleaned pigskin in cold water, bring to a boil,

then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

3. Remove from heat and let it cool,

then remove all remaining fat on both sides.

4. Boil again with hot water to thoroughly remove any remaining oil. The ratio of pork skin to water is 1:4-5.

5. Drain the liquid, cut into evenly thick strips.6. Put 650 milliliters of cold water in a pot,

add 160 grams of pigskin, cooking wine, and ginger slices, bring to a boil then simmer for 90 minutes.

The liquid should be white and thick.7. Season with soy sauce, sugar, and salt after boiling.

Pour the mixture into a container while it's hot.

Refrigerate for more than 5 hours.

8. Carefully invert when serving,

supporting the top layer to help release from the sides.
