The Cheese Shrimp Balls are a delicacy made by frying cheese and shrimp together. They have the sea flavor of shrimp, the creamy aroma of cheese, and the inherent fried food fragrance. Although delicious, being deep-fried, they should only be enjoyed occasionally due to their high fat content.

Main ingredients: Shrimp, Cheese Mozzarella

Seasonings: Oil, Salt, Cooking Wine,Bread crumbs Rice bran, Cornstarch,Egg

Steps:

1. Main ingredients Shrimp, Mozzarella cheese, Egg, Bread crumbs, Cornstarch 2. Cut the mozzarella into slices.

3. Prepare egg liquid for later use.

4. Remove heads and shells from shrimp, remove the vein while keeping the tail.

5. Complete these steps for all ingredients.

6. Marinate with salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes.

7. Cut the marinated shrimp along the back muscle.

8. Dust with cornstarch.

9. Wrap in cheese slices, secure with toothpicks.

10. Dip in egg liquid evenly.

11. Coat with bread crumbs and remove toothpicks.12. Repeat these steps to achieve desired size.

13. Prepare the raw pieces as described above.

14. Heat oil in a pan (I used a small enamel dish).

15. Fry on medium-low heat until golden brown.

16. Remove and drain excess oil using paper towels, then serve.
