Fry shrimp
The cooking methods for shrimp are diverse, and fried shrimp contain relatively more oil. By today's standards, they are considered unhealthy food; whether you believe it or not, but fried shrimp indeed have a strong aroma that is hard to resist. Main and auxiliary materials: shrimp,egg
Seasonings: oil, salt,pepper powder, starch
Operation steps:
1 wash the shrimp thoroughly, drain the water, add a little salt and pepper powder to marinate for 10 minutes.
2 mix the egg liquid with starch uniformly.
3 take the marinated shrimp, coat them evenly with the egg mixture.
4 deep-fry in oil heated to about 5.
5 once cooked, remove from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
6 repeat for all pieces until done.

Tips:
1 when cleaning the shrimp, remove the black intestinal vein.
2 use less salt when marinating to avoid overly salty taste.
