Black Sesame Red Pepper Home Cooking Method

  Black Sesame Seeds Red Chili Peppers

This is a fine dish to accompany alcohol, despite the red chili peppers being very spicy after soaking, much of the spiciness is reduced. Coated in batter and fried, it has a crispy texture with a slight spiciness and the aroma of black sesame seeds, making for an excellent flavor.

Main and auxiliary ingredients: Dried chili peppers, black sesame seeds, batter powder

Seasonings: Oil, Salt

Operational steps:

1. Wash and cut the dried chili peppers into segments.

2. Soak them in water for 20 minutes.

3. Add an appropriate amount of water to the batter powder. Batter powder =Flour+ Five-spice Powder+Sugar+ Salt…

4. Mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes before using.

5. Drain the moisture from the red chili pepper segments.

6. Dip them in the prepared batter.

7. Add black sesame seeds, mixing them together.

8. Heat oil in a pot and fry the red chili pepper segments until they set. Remove them and prepare to re-fry once more.

9. Increase the oil temperature and re-fry them once more.

10. Remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Serve in a dish, ready for serving.
