Sesame seedsBok choy Dumpling
This dish is a cold plate.Vegetarian dish, the preparation process is not complicated, mainly involving seasoning. The seasonings include horseradish (green Mustard sauce), horseradish and bok choy go very well together, extremely appetizing. Adding sesame fragrance makes it very delicious.
Main ingredients: Bok choy
Seasoning: Horseradish, roasted sesame seeds, salt,Soy sauce, oyster sauce,vinegar
Operation steps:
1. Crush the sesame seeds with a rolling pin.
2. Mix in a little salt and mix well to make sesame salt.
3. Serve it in a food dish for use.
4. Prepare the sauce: Place horseradish in a bowl.
5. Add flavor-enhancing soy sauce.6. Add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce.7. Add vinegar.8. Stir well to make it.
9. Wash the bok choy.10. Boil water in a pot, then add bok choy for blanching.
11. Blanch until the bok choy wilts.12. Drain and cool with cold water (pure water).13. Squeeze out the moisture and cut into segments.
14. Press the bok choy into a cylindrical shape using a mold.15. Pour on the sauce. Sprinkle sesame salt, ready to serve.

Tips:
1. Do not overcook the bok choy when blanching; it should just wilt slightly.
2. Adjust the seasoning ingredients according to your taste.
