Cabbage Fermented Vegetables Minced Pork

Operation steps:
1 Cut the pork into pieces and mince it.
2 Wash the fermented cabbage and chop it into small pieces.
3 Heat oil, stir-fry chopped green onions.
4 Add minced pork and stir-fry.
5 Stir-fry until the pork turns white, add Shaoxing wine.
6 Add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce.
7 Add fermented cabbage pieces.
8 Cook with an appropriate amount of water for about 3 minutes.
9 Season with a little salt and MSG, reduce the sauce slightly before turning off the heat.
