Stir-fried Squid Dry Feet Home Recipe



Steam Cuttlefish dry
Cuttlefish, squid, and cuttlefish all refer to this. Some also call the fresh frozen ones Sea hares.. Fresh frozen actually tastes very delicious,and pairs well with scallions. Today we are making a dried version, so steaming is used as the preparation method. The finished dish's taste is ordinary,
not as fresh and flavorful as the frozen ones.
Main ingredient: Cuttlefish dry Seasonings: Salt, MSG,soy sauce, scallions,ginger
Steps:
1. Soak the cuttlefish dry in water for about 2 hours until soft.
2. Cut it open.
3. Remove the innards and other parts not needed.
4. Rinse well, then slice into strips and place in a bowl.
5. Chop the scallions and ginger into threads.6. Add the scallion and ginger threads to the bowl.
7. Add an appropriate amount of salt, MSG, and soy sauce for seasoning.
8. Mix well.9. Place in a plate.
10. Boil water in a pot.11. Steam over high heat for about 15 minutes.
12. Turn off the fire after steaming and remove from the pot. Garnish slightly before serving.
