Orleans' Grilled Spare Ribs
Ingredients: 30 grams of Orleans' barbecue seasoning, 700 grams of pig's rib bones.

How to make Orleans' Grilled Spare Ribs
1. Prepare the Orleans' barbecue seasoning.

2. Take a small bowl and add three tablespoons of Orleans' barbecue seasoning.
3. Clean and cut the spare ribs into long pieces.

4. Mix some water with the Orleans' barbecue seasoning to dissolve it, then stir with a spoon.
5. Pour the dissolved Orleans' barbecue seasoning over the ribs.

6. Put on gloves to evenly mix the ribs and marinade, then cover them with cling film and refrigerate overnight.
7. The next day, take the ribs out of the fridge and place in the oven rack at middle level for 20 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius.
