Homemade Stir-fried Napa cabbage with Bacon Method

  Bacon is a common ingredient in my family's refrigerator , and its usage rate in our recipes is very high. Today, I will share the recipe for stir-fried cabbage with bacon; it tastes great.Ingredients: 2 slices of bacon, 200 grams of cabbage, 200 grams of green bean sprouts, and 1/3 onion.

Seasonings:

1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 50 grams of water.Preparation work: Wash the cabbage, tear it into small pieces, wash and drain the green bean sprouts, cut the onion into strips, and cut the bacon into pieces.Mix 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, and 50 grams of water to make a sauce for later use. Steps:Heat some cooking oil in a wok, add the onion strips first to release their aroma, then add the bacon and stir-fry evenly. Add the cabbage and stir-fry until it softens, then add the bean sprouts and continue stir-frying until they soften. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry until well combined; when the sauce has reduced by about half, remove from heat and serve.

Note:

If you don't have bacon, you can use thinly sliced pork belly as a substitute. First, fry the pork belly until it releases oil, then follow the steps to add other ingredients and seasonings, which will also taste great when stir-fried this way.Mung beans Sprouts Wash and clean the mung bean sprouts, drain the water, and set aside. Chop the onion into strips and cut the bacon into pieces.

Additional note:

If you don't have bacon, you can use thinly sliced pork belly instead. First, fry the pork belly in a pan until it releases oil, then follow the steps above to add other ingredients and seasonings. This will also taste delicious when stir-fried.
