The common home cooking method for hami melon and winter squash

Steps

1. A piece of winter melon.

2. Remove the outer skin and seeds of the winter melon.

3. Cut into thin slices.

4. Heat some peanut oil in a pot,add fried peanuts, green onion, and sea prawns to stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add the winter melon slices and stir-fry.

6. Season with salt,monosodium glutamate (MSG), and vinegar; continue to stir-fry.

7. Remove from heat.

8. A crisp, slightly sour texture......
Tip: If you don't like vinegar, you can skip it.
