Homemade Steamed Egg with White Mushroom Method




Ingredients::Fresh shiitake mushrooms (cleaned)(Cleaned),Eggs (put in a container) Warm water (in the container)
Seasonings: cooking wine, salt,soy sauce,.sesame seeds oil
(1) Mix eggs with some cooking wine to make egg batter.
(2) Add an appropriate amount of salt and warm water, mix well, then strain using a colander.
(3) Next, combine the prepared shiitake mushrooms, cover with cling film.
(4) Then, place steamer pot, cover and steam for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and remove.
