Homemade Braised Duck Legs in Beer


With an electric pressure cooker, you can easily make this at home.Duck legs. It's so delicious!
Ingredients. Main ingredients.
6 duck legs, 2 bottles of beer,Ginger. 5 slices, 4 segments of green onion,Sugar. an appropriate amount, rock sugar an appropriate amount, salt an appropriate amount,Soysauce. an appropriate amount,Mushrooms. 6 pieces,Potatoes. 1 piece,Star anise. 4 pieces
Steps.

1. Prepare the ingredients, clean the mushrooms, cut the green onion into segments, slice the ginger, open the beer (the potatoes are not in the photo).

2. Clean the duck legs and let them drain.

3. Put the duck legs into a non-stick pan; no oil is needed to fry until they turn golden on both sides.

4. Transfer the fried duck legs along with the rendered fat into the electric pressure cooker.

5. Pour in the beer.

6. Add star anise, green onion segments, ginger slices, sugar.

7. Cover and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

8. Add rock sugar, potatoes, mushrooms, soysauce, salt.

9. Stir everything well with a spoon.

10. Close the lid and press the button; when the time is up, wait until the pressure valve drops before serving.Duck meat. It's ready to enjoy!
Tip: The duck legs should be fried to release the fat before slow-cooking.
