Homemade Stir-fried Cauliflower with Sichuan Pepper and Vinegar

Slightly sour and spicy Cauliflower is one of my preferred ways to eat cauliflower, simple to make, sour and spicy, very appetizing.

Ingredients:
300 grams of cauliflower, 13 grams of oyster sauce,Red pepper 1 piece, half a garlic clove (or 2 regular garlic cloves),Soy sauce 10 grams, rice vinegar 15 grams, 100 grams of water, Preparation work:

Additional notes:
If you prefer your cauliflower to have a crispy texture, reduce the cooking time.
If you like your cauliflower to be crunchy, cook it for less time.
