Sauce-braised Ribs There are many ways to prepare this dish, but my simple sauce-braised ribs recipe is guaranteed to make you crave it.

Ingredients:
Pork ribs 500 grams, 1 piece of large onion, fresh ginger 1 piece, star anise 2 pieces, spicy beef sauce 1 tablespoon, cooking wine,soy sauce,sugar, water starch,salt as needed. Preparation:
1 Wash the pork ribs and cut them into appropriate sizes, boil in hot water to remove foam, then wash again.
2 Slice the large onion diagonally and slice the fresh ginger.
Cooking Steps:
1 Add a little oil to the pan and heat it up before adding the sliced onions, ginger slices, and star anise. Stir-fry until fragrant, then add the spicy beef sauce and pork ribs.
2 Stir evenly, then add cooking wine and stir fry, add enough water, season with salt, soy sauce, and sugar, bring to a boil over high heat, cover the pot.3 Reduce the heat and slowly simmer until the ribs are tender. Uncover the pot when about 1/3 of the broth is left, thicken the sauce with a little water starch before serving. And pork spare ribs.
2. Stir-fry evenly before adding cooking wine and stir again, add an appropriate amount of water, then season with salt, soy sauce, and sugar, and bring to a boil.Burn with fire. Cover the pot.
3. Reduce heat and slowly braise until the spare ribs are fully cooked, uncover the pot and use high heat to reduce the broth to about 1/3 remaining, then thicken with a little water starch before serving.
