Table salt (3 grams) Li Jiang Ji Light soy sauce(10ml)
Steps to make Kuaiban Spicy Stir-fried Tofu Skin:
1. Soak the tofu skin in warm water for 3 hours;

2. Drain and wash the tofu skin, then cut it into diamond shapes;

3. Blanch in boiling water for half a minute;

4. Remove and drain the water, place in a bowl to set aside;

5. Add table salt;

6. Add light soy sauce;

7. Add sesame oil;

8. Heat oil and stir-fry Tofu puffs,chili, and Sichuan pepper; grains.
