Home-style Eggplant and Tomato Stew



Egg curd Tofu Stewed tomatoes
This is a nutritious, tender, and convenient dish that suits elderly people and children well.A home-style dish that is highly recommended for its bright color and appetizing appearance.
Main ingredients: tomatoes, Japanese yuba tofu
Seasonings: Oil, salt,sugar,MSG, green onion
Operational steps:
1. Cut the tomatoes in a cross pattern with a knife.
2. Blanch in boiling water; once the skin peels off, remove.
3. Remove the tomato skin.
4. Cut into pieces and set aside.5. Slice the egg curd tofu.6. Blanch in boiling water until fully cooked.
7. Drain and dry before setting aside.8. Heat oil, fry the chopped green onion.
9. Add tomato chunks and stir-fry.10. Add the egg curd tofu and stir-fry evenly.
11. Add a little water to simmer; season with salt, sugar, MSG.
12. Cook over high heat until slightly thickened, then turn off the heat.
Serve in a bowl and enjoy immediately.

Tips:
