Steps

First, wash the lotus root, peel it, and cut it into pieces.

Second, wash the green pepper, remove the stem, and slice it.

Third, wash the carrot, peel it, and cut it into chunks.

Fourth, clean the shrimp

and split them open along the back to remove the sand thread.

Fifth, put them in a bowl, add salt, pepper, and cooking wine, mix well, marinate for 5 minutes, then mix with some water cornstarch
