Ingredients:
A small piece of steamed beef, 2 large green bell peppers, and 1 large potato.
Seasonings:
Doubanjiang, aged soy sauce,chicken essence, and appropriate salt.
Preparation Work:
Cut the steamed beef into pieces; cut off the stems, seeds, and veins of the green bell peppers and also cut them into small pieces. Wash and peel the potato, then cut it into potato cubes, rinse with water to remove surface starch, and drain before use.
Steps:
1 Heat a wok, add oil to polish the wok, then stir-fry the potato cubes until they change color. Then add doubanjiang and stir-fry together with the potato cubes.
2 After releasing the aroma of doubanjiang, add an appropriate amount of water and salt, simmer for 2 minutes, then uncover the lid and add the beef pieces and green bell pepper pieces, adding aged soy sauce.
3 Stir-fry over high heat until most of the moisture is gone. Then pour a small amount of water along the edge of the wok, add chicken essence, and continue to stir-fry until evenly coated before serving.
