Home-style Cold-Braised Lotus Stem Tips


A refreshing cold stir-fried dish.
) Ingredients:
Lotus stem tips 200g, red daikon radish 50g, pickled peppers 2 pieces, salt to taste, sesame oil to taste, white vinegar to taste, sugar to taste,
Steps:

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Wash and cut the lotus stem tips into segments.

3.|Red daikon radish washed and sliced into strips.

4. Boil water in a pot, cook the lotus stem tips until soft.

5. Add the red daikon radish and cook together.

6. Remove the lotus stem tips and red daikon radish from the boiling water and add the pickled peppers.

7. Add white vinegar.

8. Add sugar.

9. Add salt and sesame oil, mix well.
