Homemade Salted Peanuts Method

Everyone has eaten peanuts. Rice, and the ways to eat them are basically fried or boiled in water. The method of pickling peanuts with salt is probably something you haven't tried before. This "salt-cured peanuts" have a crisp and tender texture; there's a slight salty taste when you bite into it, followed by a sweet flavor. It's a very light and refreshing snack that tastes great.

Main ingredient: Peanuts

Seasoning: Salt, (green onion leaves)

Operation steps:

1 Wash the peanuts and soak them.

2 Soak for more than 5 hours.

3 Peel the soaked peanuts.

4 Rinse with clean water.

5 Take an appropriate amount of peeled peanuts and a little salt.

6 Mix them together. Marinate for 2 hours.

7 Serve after garnishing slightly, ready to eat.
