Stir-fried Greens with Dried Tofu Home Recipe


Tofu Pith is made from yellow beans soaked for 6-12 hours, then processed through stone grinding, boiling the batter, soaking, beating, shaping into blocks, pressing and baking. 200g Tofu Pith, appropriate amount of oil, salt,Soy sauce to taste, cooking wine to taste,Monosodium glutamate (MSG) to taste,pepper powder to taste, chives to taste,ginger to taste, garlic cloves to taste,Chinese cabbage to taste
Steps

1. Cut the tofu pith into slices.

2. Chop the Chinese cabbage into small pieces.

3. Finely chop the chives and garlic, cut the ginger into strips.

4. Sauté the chopped ginger and garlic in hot oil until fragrant.

5. Add the tofu pith and sauté until fragrant.

6. Pour in soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, MSG, and stir to combine flavors well.

7. Add the Chinese cabbage and stir-fry.

8. Add pepper powder and stir until fragrant.

9. Finally, sprinkle with chives.
