Easy Xiaochadan Recipe


Last night, the temperature suddenly dropped, and after work, I had a hearty meal at home.Hot pot. There were some shrimp left,and some eggs.. I found an old Dad Mao chili sauce in the pantry and made a stir-fried shrimp with.called it "Shrimp Tangles." It's perfect for eating! Great!.
Ingredients Main ingredients
3 fresh shrimp, 4 eggs, 20g green and red bell peppers,20g celery, appropriate amount of large onion, appropriate amount of old Dad Mao chili sauce, appropriate amount of oil.. Steps
1. Fry the egg into a soft-boiled egg, then cut each one into four pieces.

2. Clean and remove the shrimp vein.

3. Stir-fry celery, green and red bell peppers, and old Dad Mao chili sauce in oil.

4. Add the soft-boiled eggs and shrimp to the pan and stir-fry together.5. After two minutes, turn off the heat. No additional salt is needed because the old Dad Mao chili sauce already has enough salt.

Pan-fry the eggs and shrimp together.

3 Minutes later, remove from the pan. No additional salt is needed here as the old dried chili bean paste already has enough salt.
