1. steps

2. Process ingredients: ginger cut into slices, green onion whites cut into segments, green onion greens cut into chives.

3. Process ingredients: carrot cut into chunks.

4. Heat a pot of water with cooking wine, add mutton (boil with cold water), green onion whites, ginger slices (to remove
