Homemade Lettuce and Egg Soup Recipe

200g lettuce, 2 eggs,oil 40g, salt 1g, pepper powder.5g, cooking wine 3g
Steps

1. Beat the egg with cooking wine

2. Wash the lettuce

3. Heat the pot and pour in the oil until it's hot, then pour in the beaten eggs and fry until set, then break them up

4. Pour a large bowl of water and bring to a boil

5. Add the lettuce

6. Season with salt

7. Sprinkle pepper powder for flavoring, serve now.

Tip: You can add some ginger slices and chopped green onions,but I didn't like the taste of ginger so I didn't use any. There were just a few green onion seeds left, so I used them for breakfast,making do with what I have. Deal with it as best you can.
